Put down sodium

Even though the salt tastes so good, but you should be careful about its consumption. Too much of salt increases the risk of hypertension.

To cut back on salt, you not only have to cut back on the table salt, but also read the labels of the processed foods, sauces etc., as they also sneak in a lot of salt. Similarly, you might also need to eat more often at home, since when you eat out, you cannot moderate the salt intake.
